The Palm Reading is provided strictly for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes. All readings, interpretations, and insights are based on traditional palmistry — a practice that has not been scientifically validated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Palm Reading, its officers, employees, contractors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the specific reading giving rise to the claim, or, where no payment has been made, INR 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
